• Delivery Period: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location across India.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed clearly at the time of checkout based on the package weight and delivery pincode.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking ID and link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive your order in a damaged external condition, please do not accept the package from the courier partner and immediately contact our Customer Support team at petcare@petzeestore.com
