At Petzee Pet Foods, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.

Order Cancellation
 

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
   
• Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
   

Returns & Replacements
 

• We accept returns only for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
   
• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing our support team.
   
• Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
   

Refund Process
 

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
   

Non-Returnable Items
 

• Opened food items, customized products, or products damaged due to mishandling are not eligible for return.
